Each of us has light and darkness, small and expansive thoughts, feelings of joy and sadness. Abstract artist Karen Wynne Mackay offered this painting as the collective's seventh challenge. About the Artist
 Lynn Dubinsky
Lynn was born and grew up in Northern Ireland. As a young woman she travelled extensively in Europe and beyond, arriving in Canada where she settled in Ottawa and continues to live there with her family.
Lynn works with acrylic, and also enjoys making sculptures with wood and found objects. She draws inspiration from her life of travel, transferring her memories into colour and form. Her art has been shown in a number of Ottawa galleries and Lynn has participated in juried shows which have won her awards.
